23 Bird of Paradise?
I am informed that this is a Bird of Paradise (plant version) and that it is a weed. It did not have a sign, but it's certainly gorgeous. My local weeds run more to the bland and pale green side (except for Japanese Knotweed, which is neither and induces floricidal tendencies in me.)
