71 Scrimshaw Bone Clappers
I found these in the exhibits on the 1898 steam ferry, the Berkeley, which houses the San Diego Maritime Museum's exhibits. Amazingly, these simple little percussion instruments are carved with images of Morris dancers! The flowers at the bottom of each are a Welsh daffodil, English rose, Irish shamrock and Scottish thistle (thanks, Mo!)
